Lineage Botanica is an LLC and B Corp registered in the state of Colorado 

II Our contract with the consumer

After placing an order with lineage Botanica, you'll receive a notification from us that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean your order has been excepted. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. The contract between the consumer and the company will only be formed when you receive the products and or services.

In the case of products, the contract will relate only to those products which you receive. A contract for any other products which may have been part of your order will be formed when you receive those other products.

Your status

By placing an order through our site, you want that: you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; you are at least 16 years old, and that you are not a resident in the country were making any payment to our site, in line with these terms and conditions would breach any laws in that country.
